Due to the amazing athlete numbers last week and with the possibility of even more next meet, we have reconfigured a new program of events to suit for our next meet - AND DID I MENTION ITS A PERMIT MEET OH YEAH Please read carefully but also be aware that this is a draft program and may change slightly depending upon final athlete numbers. 05.01.2022 Congratulations to all the Ross River Athletes!!! 2021 National Championships Qualifiers Congratulations to all athletes that received automatic qualifiers for the 2021 National Championships, via placing first or second at the NQ Championships. We look forward in seeing many of you compete at these Championships in April 2021 (TBC). ... Its important to remember that although athletes received automatic qualifiers, they must still apply to compete at Nationals to be able to attend. Registrations will open from late January with Queensland Athletics and normally close straight after QLD State Championships in March. Once open all the details about levies and uniforms will be made available. To get an understanding of what the field performances will be like it is worth checking out either last years results or the Athletics Australia Entry Standards. Though State bodies, such as ANQ and Queensland Athletics offer automatic qualifiers, athletes who didn’t get these can still compete by ensuring they have meet the entry standards. President Vice-President Secretary Treasurer Registrar Recorder Canteen Manager Equipment Manager Fund Raising Coordinator All nominations are required to be in writing, signed by a member and the proposer (ie 3 people in total) and received 14 days prior to the AGM.
