21.01.2022 Only 5 days to go! It’s going to be a great day this Sunday. Come and enjoy the rides, entertainment, animal farm, face painting, gnome painting, yummy food and drinks and much more. Gold coin entry.
17.01.2022 After a lot of debating this week we are sorry to inform you that THIS YEARS FESTIVAL IS CANCELED due to safety concerns over the current Corona virus situation. And we have no toilet paper but mainly it’s the virus thing. Considering we have ageing volunteers and lots of children coming, they are in the higher risk category so in the interest of public health the committee has made a tough decision and are canceling this year’s event. After this situation calms down and th...ings return to normal, I can assure you we will be back for next year. We may plan to reschedule this year’s festival but we have to wait and see where the current situation goes. We apologise for the late notice and appreciate your understanding. Please take care and stay healthy so we can get past this nasty virus. Please like our page to keep up to date with the latest information on the festival. 05.01.2022 Spring has started and lockdown will ease soon. Good to see things are looking up. To give you all an update. At this stage we haven’t decided on a date for 2021 but rest assured it is still on the cards and there are lots of people that would like to make it happen again. When we have the go ahead for festivals from the government we will be planning the next fun day so keep an eye out. For the meantime, all the gnomes and fairies ask you to please stay healthy and follow the rules so we can clear up this nasty virus and get back to having fun.
03.01.2022 Exciting news! We have set a date for next year’s festival! Keep Sunday 14th March free. Hopefully as things are clearing up we should be able to go ahead. Fingers crossed. We are also looking for volunteers to help out on the big day. Send us a message if you would like to be a part of this fun event.
02.01.2022 Two weeks to go till our wonderful family fun day on Sunday, 15th March. Come and paint a gnome, have a ride, win a prize on our spinning wheel, visit the animal farm, browse the market stalls and much more! Gold coin entry - all proceeds support local community and Rotary youth mental health research.
