04.01.2022 It is Reconciliation Week and yesterday our guest speaker was an outstanding young indigenous man named Ethan Floyd (pictured with Youth Director Megan Valentine on left and May President Linda Evans). Ethan lives in Cessnock and is in Year 12 at Merewether High School. He is a youth ambassador for Cessnock Council and is on the State Youth Parliament. He is hoping to participate in one of the Endeavour sea journeys to further his leadership and advocacy skills. We were very impressed by Ethan's community work and his goal to assist other young indigenous people to achieve their goals.
