21.01.2022 Lap Swimming and Rehabilitation Update The outdoor pool will not be available for lap swimming or rehabilitation use on Friday 27/11/20 and Saturday 28/11/2020. Unfortunately with the warm weather today we have had a crack in a pressure relief valve in the outdoor pool plant room. Local contractors have been on site to repair the valve however the outdoor pool will need to be closed for 24 hours as we allow time for the repair to set. We expect the outdoor pool to be availab...le again for lap swimming and rehabilitation on Sunday 29/11/2020. The Indoor Pool is unaffected by this and will still be available at the advertised times. Monday - Friday 6am to 10am & 6pm to 9pm Saturday & Sunday 8am to 12.30pm

21.01.2022 Normal opening hours resume 4 January 2021 with the exception of the Community Youth Centre and Creche. The Community Youth Centre will reopen on Monday 11 January. The Creche will reopen on Wednesday 27 January.

20.01.2022 **** Media Release - COVID: Pools **** Dear members of the public, We understand this Thursday, Friday and through the weekend will see temperatures rise to 40c.... Unfortunately, due to current COVID-19 restrictions (in place until Tuesday 1st December), pools are NOT open for public access to recreational swimmers. They are only open for rehabilitation and fitness (lap swimming). The advice from Recreation SA to avoid disappointment is to: plan ahead, check to see if your desired centre is open and make a booking if required, ONLY to attend for fitness or rehabilitation purposes, come properly prepared if you do visit, and WATCH AROUND WATER to keep your family safe. Our centres would love to see you, and we value your business, but we may have to turn visitors away if you are not swimming for fitness or rehabilitation purposes. We can’t wait to see you again once these restrictions have been lifted.

AQUATICS: Council is very pleased to advise that in accordance with today’s ...update to the State’s Emergency Management Public Activities Direction, the Roxby Link Splash Pad, Main Pool and Indoor Pools will reopen on Tuesday 1 December 2020. As per normal operating hours. (listed on the Roxby Council website at: https://www.roxbydowns.sa.gov.au//aqua/pools-and-splashpad) All patrons are advised to please take note of the following important points regarding the aquatics areas: No more than 50 people allowed to enter the Main Pool area. No more than 50 people allowed to enter the Splashpad area. Maximum of 6 people in the Indoor Pool area. No food in the aquatics areas; all food purchased at the Kiosk must be eaten within the Kiosk dining area. STADIUMS: Roxby Link Stadiums open for clubs and casual activities outside of school hours (8:30am to 3pm Monday-Friday). No food in the stadiums.
