18.01.2022 Busy busy busy. Its been a great, busy, couple of weeks. new managements, already tenanted, and a referral for a property going to auction.

15.01.2022 Relocation has taken place for myself and my family. We are now happily residing in western sydney. It was a huge move for us, as we have lived in the shoalhaven for over 30 years, my kids and husband were all born there. Hubby's work required the move up here, so unfortunately Rox RE took a back seat. I am still managing a few properties there, and I want to thank my beautiful landlords and wonderful tenants that have made the managing from a distance possible. They believed that I could do it and they haven't been let down. I will start to source properties up here, which is hard when I don't know anyone lol. I have always worked on word of mouth, so sourcing up here will be a challenge. It will be a slow process but I will get there. Let's do this!!!
