We were lucky enough to have Brin in the kitchen with us, who was so helpful answering questions and showing us her baking skills Tomorrow is lemonade scones class - so if you haven’t already, head out and grab some nice thick cream (or dairy free alternative like coconut cream) and get set for a nice and easy Sunday session in the kitchen. ... Oh, and don’t forget your fave scone topping either - mine is cream and jam, what’s yours?
