Read her bio below:- I have been involved with dogs my entire life as my mother and I showed English Cocker Spaniels.... I then found myself involved with Yorkshire Terriers & Bichon Fris which I am still involved with today breeding and showing these wonderful dogs. With my husband, Colm, I am now involved with American Cocker Spaniels, Boxers & Hungarian Vizlas. I began judging in the 1970s and am an all breeds judge today. I have been a director of the Irish Kennel Club for twenty years and am currently Vice Chairman of the board.

Numbers may be limited and COVID plans will be enforced. 11.01.2022 Working Dog exhibitors-your judge is Ms K Francis from Canada. Read her bio below:- I was literally born into the world of showing and breeding purebred dogs as my mother bred Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherd and later in her life Whippets.... While I was busy showing Hunter horses as a teen in the U.S. and Canada, I discovered the perfect breed for me, a Pembroke Welsh Corgi, and received a corgi puppy for my 16th birthday in 1970. Four years later I bred my first litter under my Stonecroft kennel name out of which came my first multiple Best In Show winner. Since then I have bred 11 All-Breed Best In Show winners and 13 Specialty Best of Breed winners. Some highlights of Pembrokes I have bred are Canadas 1st #1 Herding Dog with the splitting of the Working Group in 1986; National Specialty Best of Breed winners in 3 countries (Canada, U.S. and England) with 3 different but related dogs; Best In Show winner 1998 Welsh Corgi League Diamond Jubilee in England (held once every 10 years) who was also Top Corgi in England as well as the 1st Imported Male Pembroke to become an English Champion which he achieved in 6 shows, this same corgi was also summoned to the palace to breed one of Queen Elizabeths bitches; top Corgi in Canada with several dogs over the decades. I am still actively breeding and showing on a smaller scale. I am a Life Member of the Canadian Kennel Club, Canadian Dog Judges Association and several corgi clubs. I started judging in 1995 and I am now approved to judge All-Breeds. I have judged in Canada, the United States, Australia and South America. I live in the beautiful countryside of Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada with my partner, corgis, 2 Papillons and 3 cats. The year 2020 will mark my 50th year in this wonderful and magical breed that is my passion.

10.01.2022 Canberra Royal Utility and Non-Sporting exhibitors ... your judge is Mr C Beattie from Ireland. He is also judging the baby puppy final on Sunday! Read his bio below:- I grew up around dogs with my mother showing Dachshunds and therefore am second generation.... My first breed were Shih Tzus and then in 1982 I got the first of my main breed, an American Cocker Spaniel. Over the years I have also shown and bred English Cocker Spaniels, Boxers and Hungarian Vizslas. Along with my wife, Rita, we also own Yorkshire Terriers and Bichon Frise. I have judged in many countries around the world as an all breeds FCI judge and have also awarded CCs in the UK to American Cocker Spaniels and English Cocker Spaniels. I am currently a member and former Chairman of the Judges Committee of the Irish Kennel Club. I am looking forward to visiting Australia for the first time and to judge some quality dogs.

04.01.2022 Canberra Royal Gundog and Neuter s/s exhibitors... your judge is Mrs k Gorman from UK. Read her bio below:- I acquired my first show dog, a Welsh Springer Spaniel, in 1980 and bred my first litter in 1982. Then in 1983, got a Brittany from the second litter to be born in the UK and from then onwards have bred, shown, field trialled and worked both breeds with a considerable amount of success, making up Champions in both breeds.... I started judging in 1987 and was honoured to be chosen to award the first ever set of Challenge Certificates to Brittanys at Crufts in 1997 and passed to award Challenge Certificates to 25 Gundog breeds and also judge the Gundog Group at Championship level. In 2009, I was honoured to judge Irish Water Spaniels at Crufts followed by Welsh Springer Spaniels at Crufts in 2013. I have been fortunate enough to be invited to judge in many countries in Europe including at the World Show in Helsinki in 2014, and also in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. I was a secondary school teacher for 12 years and my interest in education has carried on into the world of dogs and is now a Kennel Club accredited trainer in conformation and movement, delivering lectures and seminars to aspiring judges. I am also a member of the Kennel Club, have served on many club committees over the years and am currently Vice-Chairman and Health Co-ordinator for the Brittany Club of Great Britain. In my professional life, since 1994, I have been Managing Director of Fosse Data Systems, which is a dog show printing services company that is closely involved with the Kennel Club on many levels and provides online entry, catalogue compilation and results services for many dog shows, large and small, including Crufts. At present, I share my home with two Welsh Springers and when not working, judging, lecturing or spending time in France, I manage to show and work them from time to time.

With short notice available we are pleased to say that Mrs Rhonda Lane - our reserve judge as published on the schedule has been able to maker herself available.
