A quick rekkie of the breakfast supply situation was in order and we've run out of the strawberry jam (and marmalade) you love so much. Foodland is inviting South Australians to show off their mighty cake decorating skills in their ‘Mighty South Aussie Cake Off’ competition, calling for masters of baking, royalties of icing, and those who believe their cake decorating dominates! Roslyn Schumann, State President of SACWA, is excited to be a part of Foodland’s fundraising initiative and to see the South Australian community’s creative skills. 03.01.2022 MT. McINTYRE TRAGEDY All Red Cross staff and volunteers thoughts and prayers are with the friends and families affected by the tragedy that occurred at Mt McInt...yre at the weekend. In cooperation with Wattle Range Council and SAPOL, Red Cross volunteers trained in responding to collective trauma will be providing a community outreach at the Kalangadoo Store on Friday the 28th of August between 10am and 6pm. During this time, volunteers will deliver vital support to those community members who may have been affected by the tragedy. A big thank you to Kerry from the Kalangadoo Store who has kindly made her facility available to us at this time, coffee and tea will be available for those community members who may wish to come in and just talk about how they are feeling or seek some additional support in the days and weeks ahead.
