23.01.2022 Following our last post Here's how Bizzee Bees 2.0 is shaping up to deal with Lockdown 2.0. Our first art wall is completed so we have stared on a new wall. We are calling it the Togetherness Art Wall. Togetherness is about making an interactive art installation that can include text/writing such as stories, poems, statements, names and words, photographs of people or any kind of subject matter as well as drawings, paintings and prints. Togetherness also can include contribu...tions from volunteers, kin, family and friends (via email and post while visitor restrictions are in place). There are kits for patients to start creating their piece of the Togetherness Art Wall. We have set up a Big Screen In the Atrium/Foyer (in between the entrances to Spinal and Mellor Wards)This screen has been set up for patient use over the weekends and during down time, plus ability to play the content off the internetwe are encouraging patients to organise an event to put some sport / comedy / music / even news on the bigscreen.
