08.01.2022 This one is for you guys. Now I know that I am not a male but what I do know is that I have some powerful tools to help the men in our lives. The tools can help let go of what no longer serves them, to drop the masks and to release the emotional straight jacket that has been stopping them from living their best life.... I read the other day on my FB feed from a friend that one of his close friends decided to end his life. This really broke my heart and I didn't even know the guy. If men were only given the ok to express their feelings and talk with others without feeling judged or not good enough. We need to stop using the words "Man up" 'Harden up" "build a bridge and get over it" take a spoon full of cement and harden up" "put your big boy undies on". I don't know about you but I cringe every time I hear those words. These words are so damaging to us all, especially our children. If you know a male in your life that is struggling, maybe just feeling lost or sad or has been searching to find answers in himself please share this workshop with him and let him make the decision if it is for him or not.
