14.01.2022 Day 3 already Feeling the muscles working again now!!!! This graph below shows the break down of followers to this page... As you can see, 3/4 of the interested people are women Also, our 35-44 age category is highly represented. Whilst I have my thoughts on why this is, I'm curious what you think as to why women are more likely to follow fitness challenges on line and why the 35-44 age group find this style of exercise more appealing.. ... Comment below if you have any thoughts on it
03.01.2022 Where does the thought behind the challenge come from? Inspiring junior athletes to move their bodies and appreciate the gift they have every time they play hockey! We started out training field hockey skills and quickly found our athletes needed more than that.. fitness, nutrition advice, mindset coaching, true connection and community. ... We aren't experts.. We are fumbling as we go.. We do our best.. We learn as we go.. and share those experiences with our Rising Star Academy community
