01.01.2022 About Honour Our Heroes Relay Walk a day of celebration Although were raising funds for a serious issue our veterans in need Honour our Heroes Relay Wal...k is a fun day. Its a chance to celebrate our veterans. Completed in teams of 2-14 people walking around a 3km circuit, the Relay Walk is 42kms in total: honouring the bravery and sacrifice of the 42 Aussie soldiers who gave their lives for our nation in service in Afghanistan. Throughout the day there will be entertainment for the whole family, including food stalls, coffee, live music and childrens activities. Its a fun and easy way to make a real difference to the lives of veterans in need. Its also your chance to raise awareness of the dire challenges many veterans face.
