22.01.2022 Covid Customer Service Announcement from our Corporate Partner IGT IGT - Suspension of system & service fees In response to the NSW government announcement of a two week lockdown for Greater Sydney, the Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Shellharbour and Wollongong, IGT is taking the following steps to support your business during this unpredictable time:... 1. Systems Fees: We are suspending payment of our fees for system development, maintenance and support. This is effective from 28 June 2021 and will be reviewed weekly. This means that you will not pay any such systems fees for the NSW government mandated lockdown period as these will be waived in full. 2. Field services and systems hardware maintenance services: We will be temporarily suspending our regular field service, installation, maintenance and systems hardware maintenance services, for our customers with effect from 28 June 2021 and will be reviewed weekly - field service and / or systems hardware maintenance fees will not be payable during this time. However, in cases where services are requested, IGT will provide such services only if deemed essential under the NSW government guidelines - our standard service rates will then apply. As this is a rapidly evolving situation, we will evaluate each of the positions set out above on 5 July 2021 and on a weekly basis thereafter. This excludes any NSW venues that are not subject to a NSW government mandated closure. If you have any questions, please reach out to Col Bentley on 0419 033 116 [email protected]

20.01.2022 The 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month marks the moment the guns fell silent on the Western Front after the bloodshed of World War I. This Remembrance Day, as we commemorate the 75th anniversary of the end of the Second World War, we reflect on those who have died as a result of war, warlike operations, peacekeeping and humanitarian operations. Today at 11am, the RSL & Services Clubs Association is asking all Australians to commit to pausing for just one minute wher...ever you are to remember those who gave their lives in service to their country, those who returned home injured or ill, and those who bravely serve our country today. LEST WE FORGET #RemembranceDay #WeRemember #LestWeForget

16.01.2022 The NSW Government's measures, aimed at reducing the spread of COVID-19, have meant the closures of some venues as of Saturday 26th June at 6pm. We support the steps that the NSW Government have taken to address the COVID-19 pandemic, however, this has had an unavoidable impact on member clubs. We thank our member clubs for their continued support and at this difficult time, we send our best wishes to our member clubs and their staff who have been affected. ... Please know that our Association is here for you and we will continue to keep our members informed in this rapidly changing environment through our E-Newsletters, Evolve In The Know Webinars and our regular communications. On behalf of everyone here at the Association, please take care, stay safe and we are STRONGER TOGETHER!!! https://bit.ly/35Y9Yum

15.01.2022 Travis Moore who is the Managing Director of one of our foundation corporate partners, JEM is reaching out to ask for your support of a charity which is very close to his heart. Travis's strong and courageous children Jacob and Riley are this years Sydney Sick Kids Appeal ambassadors, raising much needed funds for the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation. Jacob is 8 years old, when he was 6 months old he was diagnosed with a severe epilepsy condition called Lennox Gastau...t Syndrome which is resistant to medication. Jacob has spent many countless days and weeks in Westmead Children’s Hospital being treated by his fantastic medical and surgical teams. Riley is 5 years old, on her 3rd birthday she was diagnosed with a rare kidney cancer which resulted in her right kidney being removed and 6 months of chemotherapy, surrounded by her fabulous team at Sydney Children’s Hospital Randwick. I am happy to report she is now 28 months in remission. To read more about Jacob and Riley’s story or to donate, please click here https://www.schf.org.au/fun/travismoore/jacob---riley-moore Your generous donation would mean the world to sick kids like Jacob and Riley, we appreciate your support for this very worthy cause. 03.01.2022 PAYMENT TIMES REPORTING SCHEME This scheme will only apply to a very small number of clubs on a compulsory basis, essentially those clubs with a turnover of more than $100 million. However, some clubs may choose to become a reporting entity under the scheme. The scheme applies in other circumstances, to other types of corporations which are not relevant to clubs. The Payment Times Reporting Scheme (PTR Scheme), introduced by the Federal Government, will commence from 1 Januar...y 2021. This scheme introduces new reporting requirements for large businesses and certain government entities in relation to information on their payment terms with small business suppliers. The reporting information is publicly available to create incentives for reporting entities to improve their payment terms and practices.
