15.01.2022 September 10 means it's R U OK Day We understand that this is only promoted once a year, but it's always serves as an excellent reminder to check in with friends, family and colleagues. 2020's theme is focused on what we say (or do) once the conversation has begun. R U OK have some great resources if you find yourself not knowing what to do if someone says "no".... Listen. You don't necessarily need to fix. Make them feel safe, validated and heard Pop a yellow heart in the comments if you've checked in with with a friend recently.
