05.01.2022 Do you feel like meditation is something you'd like to try? Everyone seem to be either talking about it or already doing it, especially now when two of its most lauded benefits are stress reduction and connection with others. I actually find it really bloody hard, not only to sit still long enough for it to be beneficial but to remember to do it! Yep I have the memory of a very large elephant I needed a time or a trigger ...and during covid that's been bath time - it's quiet, I'm alone and it's comforting. If I'm honest I'm probably only at the 3 minute mark but for me that's pretty fabulous and can only get better right? But when I'm not locked in my house for 22 hours a day my other trigger is this little beauty I have had for over 5 years now. It's solid Sterling Silver with a shiny brass band that gently spins around the middle of a ring. It's such a soothing and meditative piece and when I realise I am spinning it I try and take a minute to just breathe. We have four styles of spinner rings to choose from (including this one from Melbourne brand Ichu) and an easy guide on the website if you are unsure of your size.
