09.01.2022 Dear Customers, It has come to our attention that our products have unfortunately been turning up to our customers in less than perfect condition and Auspost also losing packages. We have tried a couple of couriers and the only company that this seems to be occurring with is Auspost... Which is why from this weekend we will not be using Auspost any more and temporarily suspending Express post options We will be using a new courier Sendle as our products have not had any issues when shipped with them. We are so thankful for everyone's honesty and will also be retrialing our range to ensure that Ruby Rejuvenation's products are still to the best possible standards.
