16.01.2022 One of the main reasons we listen to records around these here parts is the greatest rock and or roll band to grace this sweet earth @thereplacements and thanks to those magnificent bastards at @rhino_records we just keep getting these marvellous posthumous releases. Latest is this lovely little companion piece to last year’s Pleased To Meet Me - The Pleasures All Yours Box Set, the Pleased To Meet Me - Outtakes & Alternates. Once again Rhino ensure completist folk like me stay broke. We got a couple copies left, I Don’t Know, could be the perfect soundtrack for Red Red Wine on Sunday, or a gift for your Valentine, or to sooth last night’s Night Club Jitters. No I.O.Us though. Sorry.. Just Can’t Hardly Wait to see you in here ay!

13.01.2022 Revisiting an album that may have slipped passed some heads. 2019s One Of The Best Yet from one of the greatest DJ/MC collaborations of ALL TIME @gangstarr / released posthumously after Guru’s tragic passing in 2010, Premier took unused verses and pieced together one of the finest hip hop records of recent times. Guest bars from J Cole, MOP, QTip, Talib Kwali, Group Home, Royce Da 5’9, Jeru, Shug and Freddie Foxxx. As you’d expect, whole thing f’ing slaps. In store now
