Actually, no they don’t - the timing of the carbs you eat is far less important than the total amount you eat. - 2. Fasted cardio burns more fat - but it doesn’t really. Whether you eat before or after you train, chances are you’re going to burn the same amount of net calories over the course of the day.... - 3.
