We're away next week so we called by and picked up some treats - apple turnovers, neenish tarts and jam tarts. As regular followers of this page know, Paul and the team will not relocate the business, opting for semi retirement. A keen Bulldogs supporter, Paul also is involved in a couple of wine and food groups so there will be more time for that. Thanks for the special occasion goodies over the years. 06.01.2022 Get 'em while they're hot. End of an era for Rumbles Cakes as it is due to close late May/June. Carrot Tomato variety/discount store has a closing down sale.... As does the linen shop. Not sure when all shops are scheduled to close but June is the much quoted month. Also, unclear as to whether Coles supermarket will trade on in the short term, as earlier suggested. Anyone have any insights?
