11.01.2022 Term 3 - For any runner likely to join our Term. What sessions are you likely to do? Ok Team we are looking to lock in our physical run groups based directly on... your responses below. We will have all the detailed inclusions of what exactly is in the term shortly, however it will include a 75 minute session with form/core added to the run set, access to Compeat nutrition Knowledge hub for every runner - access to discounts from partners including Salomon and Suunto. There will be an online offering as well. We will target Term 3 to get you ready to race, as such we are doing something different - we are adding an element of Mental strength development through mini goals/learnings and a time trial every second week at the sessions!
