19.01.2022 To all the netballers, footballers, mums, dads, coaches, members, supporters and team managers. As of the 16th - 31st May our carpark will be closed . We are g...etting asphalt and new drainage through the car park and in front of rooms. Can we please park over near the cricket nets, on the soccer pitch or up in the driveway of the entrance. Please be patient during this time . Before we know it there will be no more mud and we will enjoy the new car park once completed. 18.01.2022 2019 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING This is an invitation to all Members of the Rupertswood Football Netball Club to come along to your clubs Annual General Meeting. I...t is proposed to be conducted on Wednesday 20th November commencing at 7pm in the clubrooms. At this years AGM, in addition to finding out some details about what happened around your club in 2019, including all the financial elements of the club, there will be an election of office bearers according to the clubs rules. Please also see attached important motion that will be put forward for members to vote. 16.01.2022 Rupertswood Junior Netball are seeking expressions of interest for positions within our Sunbury Netball Association teams. The club currently has three (1 junior and 2 senior) teams in the SNA competition and are looking to expand that number in 2020. All games are played out of Boardman Stadium, Sunbury. The junior Under 16.5 competition plays on a Monday night, and we also field senior teams on a Thursday night (B Grade) and can field senior teams on a Monday night (A Grad...e). Game times range from 6:00 to 9:20 on a Monday night and 6:50 to 9:20 on a Thursday night. The season begins the week beginning February 3, 2020. Anyone is welcome to complete the form if you would like to join a team or are a team looking for the support of the club. https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx The form will be closed on the 7th of December, in order for us to get our numbers to the SNA, so please make sure you complete it before then. 10.01.2022 Attention all Rupo Junior Netballers- I would like to invite any junior netballers and their families that are looking to play on Sundays to a very important meeting this Sunday the 1st March at 12pm at the Rupo Gym. This meeting is to discuss the 2020 season and the need for a junior netball co ordinator to take the reigns, we also need coaches and team mangers for each team. At this stage it looks like we have enough players to field one team in each age division.... The role of co ordinator is not as scary as it sounds and will involve the following, setting up the teams and sourcing coaches, co ordinating training evenings, organising and paying umpires, player registrations, attending a monthly junior sub committee meeting, attending a couple of RDFNL meetings, ensuring the courts are opened and set up, entering scores into my netball. You will also have help from the existing junior sub committee and a couple of other parents who have put the hands up to assist but do not have time to co ordinate. If the co ordinator role, a coaching role or a team manager role is something that may interest you please feel free to get in touch ASAP on the below email or mobile. 10.01.2022 Update from The Pres. To all the Rupertswood Families , Members , Players , Coaches and supporters. I hope everyone is well and keeping a positive mind in thes...e current times COVID-19, times like these we have to stick together and help each other out in any way. Unfortunately training will not recommence until further notice. We are awaiting permission from Salesian College and CECV (Catholic Education Commission Victoria) which also has to approve our use of the grounds. The committee is working to address all the protocols that have been put in place by AFL VIC as well as any protocols that Salesian College may put in place. The club has to tick all boxes in training, safety , hygiene, rules and regulations. Its not that easy just to rock up to footy or netball training. Paul Spencer and I will put a training time table together for all football grades and ages in the next week or two. Once the committee have been approved by the school and AFL Vic to commence with all the codes and rules we as a committee will inform everyone. We also do not have any further information in regards to season start dates or formats.

09.01.2022 Expressions of Interest are now open for Junior Netball in the RDFNL league. The club needs to gauge how many players we have and how many teams we are likely to field. All current 2019 RDFNL players are required to complete the form or email the Rupo Junior Netball email to give notice that you will not be returning in 2020. We are also asking that anyone who wishes to coach, team manage or become a subcommittee member please also email us, and we can get you involved. No ...payment is required at this stage. 07.01.2022 Rupertswood FNC Junior Netball are the 2019 RDFNL 13 & Under Division 1 Netball premiers after winning 23-18 against Riddells Creek. A great game that was well fought out by both teams. Emma Joyce (Rupertswood) was awarded 'Best on Court' for the game. Congratulations Rupertswood!

04.01.2022 To all Rupertswood Football & Netball club players seniors , juniors and family members. Wednesday 18th March 7.00pm there is a information night in regards to ...EDFL future in 2021. The club is also holding a information night about the coronavirus and what the club will doing moving forward. We as a club will also make a decision on practice matches and the season for football and netball.We will be also passing on any information that has been passed onto the committee from the league. It is an extremely important night for all of the Rupertswood family, players and members to attend to find out all information moving forward.
