16.01.2022 While restrictions may have started to ease, the economic challenge from the pandemic and the restrictions we needed to put in place remains. That includes our ...construction industry, where the pipeline of new projects has slowed dramatically, putting local jobs at risk in the coming months. If we take action, we can help to mitigate or avoid the potential damage. But we need your help. If you have been thinking about building - now is the time to get it underway and support local jobs. To help get new homes under construction, were introducing $20,000 Building Bonus grants for any Western Australia to build a new house or purchase a property in a single-tier development already under construction. The grants will be available until the end of the year, and will not be means tested and have no cap on property value. They will be on top of the Federal Governments HomeBuilder Grants, as well as WAs First Home Owner Grants and first home buyer duty concession, meaning someone who qualifies for all four could access up to $69,440 in Government assistance to help build their first home. Simply put, these grants are about getting as many new projects off the ground as possible, and keeping as many WA jobs intact as we can. Were also making some changes to the 75% stamp duty rebate we introduced for new multi-tier developments last year. The rebate, which is capped at $25,000, will now also apply to purchases in multi-tiered developments already under construction, in addition to pre-construction contracts.

12.01.2022 Customer wanted Pre-Finished Engineered Oak Timber Flooring upstairs and wanted the Stair Treads to match the floor so we had them made up out of the same Flooring. We also needed to cover the Raw edge of the flooring around the void so we also had trims made up out of the the flooring. Very Happy with the result. Woodpecker Signature Oak Driftwood

10.01.2022 Received this email from a Client. We finished their new Marri flooring last week Hi Graeme Balance has been paid this evening.... We are very happy with the floor, it looks great Dave and Ash did a great job and really worked hard and took a lot of time with the sanding and sealing. They are very professional and polite and friendly too. We can certainly recommend their work . We intend to order more flooring as soon as we do some renovations in the bedrooms. 09.01.2022 Here are some picture of a Jarrah floor we finished yesterday. The layout of the house was a bit different to most houses that we do which had me scratching my head as to what direction we lay the floor. After meeting with the client i suggested that we run a header board through the center and lay the floor either side at a 45 degree angle to the header to make the floor run straight in to the other rooms. Very happy with the end result ... Jarrah 130 x 14mm finished with OSMO Polyx Satin Oil

01.01.2022 F45 Training Vasse are raising funds for Conquer Cystic Fibrosis, in particular Jackie Fraser, a Busselton local and member of our studio. . Some have heard the... rumours of the 24 hour Hollywood super session! Well the rumours are true!! . Yes it is fundraiser. Yes we like doing crazy stuff for the good of others! Im calling on our little family, as well as the community, to join as one and get behind one of our very own, Jackie Fraser. . Jackie, along with her husband Aidan, are both members at F45 Vasse and both strive for the same active healthy life that you guys and I do alike. Difference being, Jackie has Cystic Fibrosis. . We start at 3pm on Friday 22 Feb with @DJ_erik_ on the decks, 24 x 1hr classes on the hour, every hour! We go through the night taking on a challenge of our own, but not much. in the scheme of things. . We finish 3pm Saturday 23rd and will hang around for a BBQ and social in the late afternoon before finally getting some sleep. . Spots in each session will be a $10 donation. The busier time slots will sell for a $20 donation so we can fill the quiet hours. Non-members $20.
