15.01.2022 Waranga Flicks are super excited to announce that we will be going ahead with our film festival this year; albeit a little later than usual. For the last seven ...years (not including the dreaded 2020) we presented a full weekend of films, food and fun. This year, we decided to postpone again in the shadow of yet another covid outbreak in Melbourne but we're forging ahead with a new plan! 2021 will see the film festival moved to 13, 14 and 15 August. We have some pretty cool films to screen so stay tuned for their slow reveal and save those dates!
13.01.2022 Regular Friday morning gardening (and yarning) sessions at the Rushworth Railway Reserve were put on hold over the last couple of months but as of next Friday 2... July, we'll be back!! Over the coming weeks, we'll be preparing the garden for spring; doing some planting, mulching and pruning with a bunch of lovely seedlings from the nursery at the Euroa Arboretum. All are welcome to join the activity from 10am - 11am. Please bring garden gloves and any produce that you want to share - the team will supply tools for planting and of course, the plants!
