19.01.2022 OMFG welcome 2021....................... What a fantastic and very BUSY week we have had at the Top and Bottom Pubs Rushy. To all of you great people of Rushworth and surrounding areas we can not thank you enough for all your support and kind words over 2020, we took a huge kick in the ASS with Covid but managed to pull through and we hope to make 2021 even bigger. Now to all my staff, with out you guys the show could not go on. Over the last week you have,... Cooked and served over 1200 meals and 420 Pizza's Washed over 3000 plates Pored over 28 kegs of beer and god only knows how many mixed and RTD;s served. Cooper, Tyson, Mark, Deb, Kim, John, Peter, Marko, Ben, Jess, Jass, Tamizan, Monique, Imagen, Kellie, Myah, Rileigh, Hugh, Wendy and anyone else who has jumped into the Pizza shop or behind the bar or picked up glasses a Huge Thank You from Mark, Carl, Kerrin and myself. 18.01.2022 Do you want to be in the movies?? Well tomorrow morning Friday 27th Nov at 7am the Criterion Hotel "Top Pub" is being used as a film set for an up coming movie. I require 2 extras to appear in the bar seen. Filming will start at 7am and take around 2 hours. So if you think you are an up coming George Clooney or Elizabeth Taylor give me a call, this could be the beginning of your movie stardom.... See ya at the Top Pub Rushy..

17.01.2022 Well today a little bit of Hollywood came to Rushworth. We had Krakin Productions filming a short film about Bush Fire awareness in the Top Pub Rushy What a perfectional out fit they were. We had Carl and Cooper staring as Bar staff and Little Ben as a town drunk. The movie is called Horizonal and Produced by Taylah Bons... Directed by Jarrek Montenegro Director of Photography Cooper Hands. Will keep ya all up to date when its going to air. So see ya at the Top Pub Rushy and at the movies......

17.01.2022 Wednesday Night is Beer & Burger night, come down for one of Marko's and Bens great Burgers and a cold beer for $18. Then head over to the Tigers club rooms for there AGM. Lets make sure these young blokes and gal's are back on the field in 2021.

13.01.2022 After the success of last years Christmas Lunch, we at the Criterion Hotel Rushworth "the Top Pub Rushy" have decided to cook for you again this year. So grab ya Mum, Dad, Sister, Brother, Granny, Poppy, Aunty, Uncle, or anyone else you may want to bring along. A choice of succulent Roast Lamb & mint sauce, Prime Pork & apple sauce or mouth watering Beef & gravy all served with fresh local roast veggies, followed by a warm rich fruity Christmas pudding with custard or cream.... Drinks and nibbles start at 12pm followed by lunch served at 12.30pm. $55 per Adult $35 per child. The Bar will open between 2pm and 4pm for locals to pop in and have a Christmas drink and chat.
