18.01.2022 AUSTRALIA DAY WEEKEND Kicking off tonight with our much loved candlelight night. Meals and Pizzas available from 6 til 8! Bar snacks and RCC raffle! Saturday - Lunch 12 til 2 and Dinner/Pizza 6 til 8. Remember $1 from meals will be donated to the fire fighters appeal. Sunday - meals avail, bookings appreciated. All meals cooked by our popular cooks Woody or Mary. Get on in and enjoy a great meal. Sausages in bread and homemade lamingtons on offer!... But I honestly couldn't think of anything better then enjoying a cold pot or a refreshing drink in our beautiful beer garden! See more

15.01.2022 Hey guys, we are sad to say that we've had to shut the doors due to Government advice. We are shattered. We've looked into opening as a take away restaurant, or bottle shop. But it just doesn't seem viable. We will try and keep everyone up to date about reopening. This page will still be active, if anyone does need drinks or food please be in contact!... 14.01.2022 Last Friday night's power outage was so popular, that we've decided to do it again! FRIDAY NIGHT BY CANDLELIGHT From 8pm onwards tonight we will turn off the lights, and enjoy the romantic candle light. Of course we will still have the jukebox going and the beer won't go warm!

12.01.2022 Hi all, during this crazy time we wanted to let everyone know that we are still open for business as usual. We have stepped up our cleaning and sanitizing of all door handles, buttons and surfaces. We have plenty of room inside, in the beer garden and out the front if you'd like to have distance between other customers. Our meals can be takeaway if eating at home is more comfortable. Most importantly please be kind and patient with everyone. No one knows what tomorrow is goi...ng to bring. Get in contact with us if anyone is struggling with meals or toilet paper due to supermarket shortages. Check up on those who may be less fortunate or elderly. Remember that due to the Easter weekend being postponed our towns businesses will feel the financial strain, so try and shop local, support these business, keep staff employed. Thanks everyone! 12.01.2022 Now that we are into the busiest time of year, just a reminder that bookings are greatly appreciated! Our staff are busy little bees, but with notice we can make sure we have enough staff on to ensure the best service possible. Even if it's only 1 hour notice, we'd appreciate it. Drop in and grab our new take away menu or give us a call for anymore info!

12.01.2022 Tonight is Parma night, which means 5 great flavours (or if you ask nicely we might even be able to design your own) $20 With chips and salad! Or if burgers are more your style, you can't go past our delicious Bottom Pub Burger. With the lot, including scotch steak, accompanied by onion rings and chips! $18!!! Pizzas also available!! Kitchen open 6 - 8!

12.01.2022 FRIDAY NIGHT BY CANDLELIGHT Once again we'll be saving power by switching off the lights at 8pm tonight! Hot weather special - Christie's Chicken Salad $10. Due to the heat we'll just be cooking Pizzas or Parmas. Bar snacks at 7. Raffle drawn at 7.30. Unclaimed meat trays will be frozen and held for 2 weeks, if not picked up we'll be adding it to the following weeks raffle as 5th prize!

10.01.2022 Here at the Bottom Pub, we've always been great supporters of the fireys!! So it's time to get pur fundraising hats on again! Come on down for a pot (or 10), a quick meal or even just pop a donation into the tin.

06.01.2022 Maz and Andy's granddaughters Zara and Sadie have been busy baking and selling cupcakes and choc chip cookies, raising $100 for the firefighters and bush fire victims. Keep your eye out for more goodies to come later in the week

It has certainly been a tough year, but thanks to our loyal customers, great friends and amazing staff we made it through another year. From Maz, Andy and staff we wish you all a Happy New Year. If crickets not your thing, or you can't make it, come along to the pub tonight and buy a raffle ticket!! 3 Perry Butchers Meat trays to be won, or a 6 pack of beer! Proceeds go to the Rushworth Cricket Club!
