14.01.2022 Well after a break - Id like to say touring internationally - the Rusties are back to their old antics - jamming and playing some live rock and roll music. We do love what we do and now looking for some gigs in Brisbane to keep us off the streets. For the fourth year running were bringing in the new year at the Bellbowrie Sports & Rec Club. Birthday parties and celebrations are our forte so if you want a live band or know someone wanting to amp up their celebration - let us know. Cheers from the Rusties

04.01.2022 Aussie Break 2018 - what a hell of a good time on Australia Day! Progress Baby kicked off the day and the young guys (first pub gig) showed a lot of talent. Hy Energy, as always, steps up the pace with some pure rock and roll originals and covers. Then the Rusty's came on into the evening with some old favourites and maybe a few (30 year old) new ones to keep the crowd bopping along. Big thank you to the Bellbowrie Tavern for supporting local bands playing live music, Trev for his brilliant mixing, Ryan for videoing the event and everyone that came to see us play, sing along and have a good time. Cheers!!

02.01.2022 The Rusties had a great night seeing in the New Year at the Bellbowrie Sports and Rec Club. Fantastic fireworks, sweet moves on the dance floor and some good old rock N roll. Plus a real treat when Lewis McNain played the bagpipes as midnight approached.
