21.01.2022 Dedication, consistency, simplicity. Check out the AMAZING results from this legend! Over the last 12 weeks Chris has committed himself fully to his training and his diet.... Chris put himself into a caloric deficit (no crazy tricks or strange diets) and we began a resistance training program. As a result of all of this, he has lost 14kgs in 12 weeks!! 21.01.2022 Huge client spotlight here for my client Michelle! She’s come along way in our time training together and without realising it, she inspires me each and every time I see her In club. My name is Michelle, I have a 4 and a half year old girl and husband. I work shift hours with nursing homes in Newcastle.. I am deaf and have tried out many gyms in the past, I felt a lack of communication and this made me feel like giving up. Since I joined Anytime Fitness I’ve really n...oticed a difference! 2020 was a pretty big rollercoaster due to covid. Although 2020 was also when I decided to join with Pt Ryan. He has really been amazing and given me strength and guidance in training. I’ve noticed a difference In how much weight I’ve been lifting! As well as losing weight along the way! 21.01.2022 This one is for the Mums I’m not going to say anything here. I’m just going to give one of my amazing clients her platform. So proud of you Sarah! As well as all the other mums out there. I didn't realise when I started back at the gym that it would have such a huge impact and the ripple on affect it would have into so many aspects of my life. ... I decided that it was time for me to start looking after myself and take control. I needed to become more accountable and to stop making excuses. One thing I have struggled with since becoming a Mum is Mum guilt.... Feeling guilty for taking time away from my children even if it was to better myself physically or mentally. At times I even used my children as an excuse to not exercise or to get takeaway for the third time in a week. But what I've realised over the last few months is I'm not being selfish by taking this time to better myself. It is helping me to grow into a better Mum, partner and to discover who I am now that I do have 4 little kids. Since starting back at the gym and doing my weekly PT sessions with Ryan it's helped me realise that I need to be kinder to myself, everything in moderation and accountability is key. Since the challenge I am now more driven and have more confidence in myself. I know this is only the beginning and the challenge has helped me see the potential of what I can achieve if I keep down this path.
