23.01.2022 Divorce and Property Settlement Tips You do not have to wait until you’re divorced. You can make arrangements to divide your property and debts as soon as you are separated. If you agree on how things should be divided, your lawyer can draw up the document that will finalise the arrangements, and then get underway the legal processes that will split the assets.... If you cannot agree, you will need to show the Court that you have attempted to reach agreement by participating in dispute resolution Should you need assistance, our family law team will provide you with strong and flexible support and guidance to help you navigate the road ahead. #familylaw #familylawyers #ryansetonlawyers #centralcoastlawyers #legaladvice #centralcoast

01.01.2022 Is your commercial lease coming to an end and you don’t have an option? This means you don’t have an automatic right to renew the lease, and may be required to vacate the premises on the expiry date. If you wish to stay in the premises you’ll need to enter into negotiations with the landlord to establish terms on a new lease.... You may, however, be able to become a month to month tenant on the same terms as the expired lease while the negotiations take place. We definitely recommend seeking legal advice as early as possible before your lease expires, so you can avoid interruptions to your business. #familylaw #familylawyers #ryansetonlawyers #centralcoastlawyers #legaladvice #centralcoast
