09.05.2022 At Ryan's Holiday Beach House, we take the safety of all transactions seriously. All bookings are conducted through Airbnb or VBRO who hold your deposit and payment safely. No funds are released to us until you have commenced your holiday. The refundable deposit is released to you by VBRO 7 days post your holiday should there be no damage reported. Airbnb is slightly different as the bond is only charged if there is damage post stay. Any requests for bookings directly with the owners will be politely declined. We will never ask you for direct payment. VBRO and Airbnb maintain a safe transaction service for us both.

It's not an easy decision but it's the right thing to do. For those guests booked to stay between now and the end of April, we will provide a 100% refund to your booking and will contact you this morning to advise the process.
