25.01.2022 En-suite renovation finished this week, just one final touch being the frameless glass shower screen to put in. Just needed a little freshening up!!

23.01.2022 It was a dream of ours to take our sole trading business of one man and his tools and turn it into something big. And this year we made the leap and formed our company and made it happen. We have grown in size with three young apprentices now and as of yesterday Charlie is now a registered builder. It’s been a long and drawn out process with applications (lost applications), exams and interviews but well worth the effort when that licence number came through. A big congratulations to Charlie, well done and onwards and upwards from here!!

11.01.2022 Some updated progress shots from our 8, three story town houses, we are currently constructing for one of our builders.

05.01.2022 To kick start off the year, we have been working on completing a facelift and ultra modern extension on a beautiful 100 year old heritage home in Kew.

05.01.2022 Hasn't it been an eventful 2020!! Fingers crossed we are at the tail end of the construction go slow, then we can push on and its full steam ahead for the remainder of the year. We wanted to take this opportunity to give a shout out to not only our apprentices, who have continued to show up, who have stuck by us and who have continued to work hard during this hard time. But some of our preferred Trades and Services as well, who are working just as hard as we are to fit in al...l the last minute jobs off before the Christmas break. A big thank you goes to Andy at Pivotal Printing who has come to our rescue with all our printing supplies, Brendan Irons and the guys at Irons Plumbing, Mark at Lehman Electrical and Hoogies at Yarra Glen. We can't forgot to thank all the clients who have been so very patient throughout this whole covid ordeal as well. We hope you enjoy your new homes and your renovations. Just on another note, next year is starting to fill up already. So if you are wanting work done, please get in contact with us as soon as you can. And finally we saved the best to last, A big congratulations goes to the boss man in charge, Charlie who has been studying hard all year and is in the final stages of obtaining his building licence. A massive amount of time and work goes into securing a domestic building licence both in the form of an application, an exam and panel interview. Which Charlie has successfully passed all. This is the final piece In our rebrand which goes with the new company and the new logo. So a massive 2021 is coming our way, stay tuned for further updates along the way!!

02.01.2022 The boys have been hard at work getting the retaining walls in and areas prepped, ready for the next stage which includes merbau decks, landscaping and driveways on a new unit site in south croydon.
