20.01.2022 Hi All On Wednesday my alarm notified me that we were going to grade. I'm sorry that didn't happen. I'm in daily contact with Kyoshi Robert and we're closely monitoring the governments statements. I know some schools have returned, i'm just waiting for some good advice about returning to training. I will keep you posted, i think were close to returning to class.... meanwhile keep training at home, and send in your training and Kata videos.

08.01.2022 Good Morning Students While at home keep stretching and do some star jumps, sit ups and push ups. Those students whom I've invited to grade in the next available opportunity you need to practice your Kata. 03.01.2022 Good Morning There appears a small chance that the isolation might be relaxed in the next few weeks...in the mean time could we all try to get our own sparring head gear and gloves, (maybe breast plates). I will keep you posted...Stay safe, healthy and Sane.
