12.01.2022 The Korean word 'Tae' means to kick, jump or smash with the foot. 'Kwon' means punching or destroying with the hand or fist. 'Do' means art or way. Therefore Taekwondo is the art of using the hands and the feet.

11.01.2022 Hey everyone, due to the restrictions on groups meeting we are cancelling classes for the rest of the term. As of right now classes will resume after the school holidays on the 28th of April.

01.01.2022 Hey guy's, the open training day is coming up this month in Albury. This is an opportunity we don't get often enough to learn from other instructors. It runs all day with lunch provided. Let us know if you're interested and we can arrange transportation there and back.
