07.01.2022 PART 1 So I’ve received quite a few followers lately & thought I’d drop with a few things about me that you might not know. Sacred Tara is the business and channel guiding me through all things healing and connection. ... I used to share very actively in this space, until I found it getting quite noisy with everyone forcing their views on one another and since I’ve been a lot quieter, sifting through the layers to find my own unique and authentic expression in this space. The work I do in the world. As many others, my gifts vary from person to person and shift each session to support the clients individual needs. For this reason, it’s challenging to pin point into words what it is I do! I’m an intuitive Massage Therapist, Holistic Counsellor and Meditation Teacher. Supporting Women and Men to come into their soul truth through the delicate feminine healing pathways, clarity channeling, energy work, sacred touch, embodiment and nurturing guiding the way home to yourself. Perhaps I will break down what each type of session/experience is a little more in another post Every morning I sit with cacao - without it I feel a bit lost and unhinged. You see, when I wake up I am very dreamy & I am slow to come back into my physical body - present, alive, awake and grounded. I need quiet, spaciousness and something to really settle me into the here and now. Over the years I’ve tried to change this about myself and get frustrated, however I have come to realise that it’s actually the way I am and I need to care for this part instead of trying to get through it. I sit with cacao, stretch, breathe and gently wake my body with touch. Sometimes I add another things like yoga, cards etc. but the first few are a non-negotiables Ever since leaving school I’ve worked with children in one form or another. I’ve got a diploma in early education and care. And although I LOVE working with children, I’ve always found the childcare industry personally challenging. It’s never sat right with my values and views of caring and creating a nurturing environment for kids.
