The... risk to vulnerable people during the current health situation is simply too high for these events to continue in their traditional format. 18.01.2022 We have a meeting on Tuesday 4th 2020 at the bowling club at 7pm all welcome the start of our planning for service

18.01.2022 We have our AGM on the 23rd July 7pm at bowls club.All positions will be declared vacant. To keep stock with a ANZAC service we need more community members other wise we will lose it. we have around 6 meetings a year. Positions that will need filling President Justin Knewstub Vice President Lynn Basham Treasurer Anita Morton Secretary Dannii Parsons... All these positions will be vacated. See more

16.01.2022 Due to the directive from RSL State Headquarters, the Cootamundra RSL Sub-Branch has cancelled ANZAC Day activities with our sub-branch area including Stockinbingal, Wallendbeen, Harden and Cootamundra. We apologise to the veterans and community for this step. You might like to put a flag out the front or your house or decorate the front fence as a sign of remembrance.... Once again we apologise.

15.01.2022 Due to lack of committee numbers the Stockinbingal ANZAC Day War Memorial Committee we’re unable to proceed with the AGM on Wednesday night . The next AGM will ...be held on the 5th August 2020 with hope to have more community members willing to form a committee. If we are unable to form a committee we regrettably would need to cease and Stockinbingal will no longer hold Anzac services. Please help your community keep our Anzac service alive. See more

08.01.2022 Traditionally, many of us have marked Anzac Day by attending a dawn service at our local cenotaph or by attending the march. But in 2020, on April 25, when you... can't go to a local dawn service, the RSL is asking that instead you tune in via radio, social media or television and take a moment to reflect on the service and sacrifice of our veterans and those who are still serving today. To show further support, it would be exceptional if Cootamundra business could s place an Anzac tribute in their windows.
