A familiar and beautiful aroma would fill the air with a different blend, sometimes with: cinnamon and saffron, other times ginger and coriander, simmering lamb, squash and peppers, all carried in the steam of the couscous. Speaking about it, have you ever tasted stuffed dates?! It is such a delicious treat! If you want to enjoy homemade moroccan pastries, you should give a call to our chef Ali and enquire about the cakes of the day as we do take away! You can also book a banquet menu at Sahara Moroccan Casbah and let the magic happen in y...our mouth...or another alternative you can try to bake your own stuffed dates with the following recipe! It is fairly easy to make, you can even try it with your kids! The secret lies in the selection of the ingredients. Choose high quality dates and I promise it will taste delicious and it is very enjoyable served with a traditional moroccan mint tea..... bon appétit
