21.01.2022 OIL INFUSED WINTER BREKKY GF FRENCH TOAST -GF bread -2 eggs... -1/2 cup coconut milk -1tsp coconut oil -1/4 cup coconut sugar -1 drop YL Cinnamon Oil Whisk eggs and milk, soak bread in mix, fry in a tsp of coconut oil until golden brown. Add a drop of Cinnamon Oil to sugar and rub together. Sprinkle over toast CARDAMOM COCONUT CHAI -1 cup water -1 cup coconut milk -1tsp black or dandelion tea -1 drop YL Cardamom oil -1 drop YL Ginger oil -1 drop YL Cinnamon oil -1 tsp raw honey Boil tea in water and milk. Cool slightly. Add oils and honey when not too hot. Stir and strain and serve

05.01.2022 It’s so deeply important in this time yes to prepare for all possible outcomes, but first and foremost to keep our vibration high and clear and connected. Our greatest strength is our own presence and connection to our intuition and guidance if we look at this from a 3D perspective only, then we lose sight of the bigger picture and the bigger solutions, and fear takes over our minds and makes us powerless. Fear is the greatest weapon of those who currently run this planet..., not 5g or vaxxes or military or money or anything else. Fear. Our greatest weapon as individuals and community is trust, presence, faith and connection to spirit/God/source When you feel fear, accept and acknowledge and feel that fear fully. Then drop into the silence and stillness behind it. Connect to your higher belief systems. Connect to Mother Earth. And feel. Listen. Do you feel fear and panic? Or do you feel peace and healing?
