24.01.2022 This is literally a salad wall! The vertical garden at Kingswood PS SAKG is entirely edible and only 6 weeks old. Students shared their first harvest of lettuce and herbs with lucky staff members for their lunch.

23.01.2022 I so miss this, can’t wait to be back in the kitchen preparing and sharing with our students again! Bring on 2021!

23.01.2022 The amazing team at SAKGF!

17.01.2022 Our edible vertical garden is flourishing, planted up in mid September, look how beautiful it looks 6 weeks on. We had our first harvest of salad and herbs, offering it to staff at lunch. Kingswood Primary School Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation

14.01.2022 Happy birthday Stephanie!

09.01.2022 Gozleme! So delicious and surprisingly easy. Here I used simple ingredients of baby spinach and yummy crumbly feta cheese, but you can fill these any way you like. Perfect weekend lunch and a great lunchbox idea too! Find this recipe and so many more at learninghub.kingwsoodps.com.au Kingswood Primary School Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation

09.01.2022 Picked a small bunch of cherries today, birds were starting to get into them. They will continue to ripen in a cool dark spot. Kingswood Primary School Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation

06.01.2022 Looks delicious

06.01.2022 So, who found Wally today? Lots of book week fun and some delicious kitchen/garden recipes were shared today. Head over to the Learning Hub, to check out today’s recipes of Broad bean, mint and feta dip served with sesame flatbread. Kingswood Primary School Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation

05.01.2022 A sweet treat today, Chocolate beetroot cupcakes! Use 3 medium to large sized beetroot, as it makes a huge difference to the texture. Don’t throw away the leaves, use them in your salad or cook them like Silverbeet. Today I’m sharing them with our chickens for providing the wonderful fresh eggs I collected this morning! Head to The Learning Hub for this deliciously good recipe, and so many more. Kingswood Primary School Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation
