24.01.2022 Its 40 Degrees in Brisbane Australia, perfect beach weather, but the beach is an hour away... so the pool did the job today! Anyhow, Just wanted to share a quick tip with you guys. If you share links often, it will interest you!... Tracking: If you share links on your profile, newsletters or posts, you should be tracking in the back end how many people are clicking, what time, etc. The easiest way to get this happening is to create a bitly account. Its free and you will be able to check all the basic statistics along with graphics and where the clicks were coming from (country). The User Experience: If you want to share a link to a Facebook group, Instagram profile or any kind of apps, you should be using a "Deep Link". With the deep-link, users will be redirected automatically to the app, instead of being sent to a browser. It will provide a better user experience because they will be accessing the content you are sharing with them from their own app and account, meaning, they will be already logged on, so they can easily share, follow, comment or like the profile, groups etc. A simple way to share deep links is using marketermagic. You will get a 7-day trial account then you will need to upgrade to a paid account. Bitly will only offer deep links to Enterprise accounts, unfortunately. What kind of links do you usually share?

20.01.2022 My clients usually don’t have the best set up... . They are making some kind of profits, but nothing as near as what they should, if they had the correct set up. .... No matter what they have, once we migrate them over to Active Campaign, we have a brand new canvas. . The most important thing for the clients is to get results, aka money in the bank. . However, I go a step further and I show them exactly where their leads are - check out the photo in this post! . What I mean is, I create a pipeline with defined stages and then I track where the leads are in their customer journey. . This is great for a lot of reasons: . The clients can SEE exactly where the leads are . It's easy to identify bottlenecks . They can see the conversions live . We can use the visual pipeline to better understand what can be improved . There is some powerful automations running in the background that will be triggered upon the contact hitting each of the stages - in addition to automations moving the contact from one stage/pipeline to another . It's great for single business owners or teams as we can trigger notifications so team members can take action if need be like call a customer to close a deal and so on . There is ZERO contacts being ignored, meaning there is no money left behind, all the contacts will go through the entire process . It's practical and simple to set up and maintain in the long run . Summary . The takeaway here is, if you can get your clients results, that's your duty! 17.01.2022 The Winning Mindset I remember when I first started. I thought I needed to keep myself "busy" and it meant productivity. Since then I learned a lot of tricks and life hacks that allowed me to do more in less time while still increasing my profits.... I have a daily routine that allows me to clear my mind and remind me of my long term goals. It motivates me to do my best during the day and be productive, kicking the procrastination to the side. The routine is simple, 10 minutes meditation followed by a list of goals I have and what is going to happen once I achieve them. Regarding the mindset, I just wanted to break some paradigms: You dont need to work 11 hours a day: Create a list of what will get you to where you need to be. For example, if you need sales, dont spend time in pointless meetings or doing things that wont contribute to the money coming in. Figure out what is it that will bring you what you need and work on it. Its the good old 80/20 rule - roughly 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes. Do simple things every day that you can mix to your lifestyle! Health - prioritize and protect it: It will allow you to get stuff done and be efficient so you can be as productive as possible. Start with small changes.. Eat well, exercise and meditate daily. Non-negotiables: Actions you MUST execute every single day. Example: Write an email to a list every single day or work on client acquisition, connect to leads etc. Dont be a dreamer, be a goal(er): Set specific goals and deadline. Those goals must contribute to the growth of your business. Avoid distractions. Work on rewarding yourself to do something you want to do - before I check social media I will get something done first and that will be my reward. FB newsfeed eradicator extension will help you with cutting down the distractions. Also, the goals should be exaggerated. Plan a goal that is BIG, something that will scare you. Make sure you see your goals daily as I do on my daily routine. Dont use money as a motivator. Use your passions: travel etc, the things that full fill you. Compounding interest: Dont worry about instant gratification, it will take time to get where you are. Albert Einstein reportedly said it. Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it earns it. He who doesnt pay it. Keep taking small consistent actions that will get results along the way. Think LONG term. It separates the successful people from the ones that dont succeed. Yearly + Monthly goals - break them down. I came across a few local businesses that were using this method to flush out the bad reviews they had in the past and also, to help them to get good reviews on Google, Facebook or any other channel you might choose to host your reviews on. Wouldnt it be nice if you could control the reviews you receive from your customers?... Well with this method, you CAN control de reviews and also address the bad reviews, which is a BONUS! To be honest, its super simple and you can even use a funnel to get this done! What you do: Ask: Ask for a review (or testimonial, really) from your customers. You can set this on autopilot. As soon as you finish or deliver a project or course, you can send them an automated email asking for a review. In this email, you will have a link and you will tell them how important it is to get their feedback and how important reviews are for business. Also, tell them it will be only 1-2 minutes to get it done and thank then in advance for it! Link: The link will take them to your NEW funnel. In this funnel, you will keep it super SIMPLE. You will create a page asking them to rate their experience from 1-10 and then you will have the numbers listed in a single line from 1-10 so they can choose a rating. If they choose any number below 8, you take them to a second page where you will run a quick "survey" to understand what could be improved, make sure you address the issues by contacting each individual. Once you address the issues, wait a day or two and send the person another email asking for feedback! If they choose any number between 8-10 to take them to another page in your funnel saying" Thank you very much for your time. Would you be willing to leave a review at . Facebook, Google etc?" 04.01.2022 United We Achieve More I simply LOVE automation and technology. At home, I have a lot of gadgets and I automated a lot of the routines at home, like lights, music alarms. I can use my apple watch to turn on my TV and control my entire house from anywhere in the world.... While its pretty cool, it can be challenging to find the correct product to work with the correct brand I have at home. For example, when you buy a light bulb, you need to make sure its compatible with either Apple, Amazon or Google and Its very frustrating. Although those three giants are head to head in competition, they know the clients are paying the price when it comes to user experience, and thats why they decided to unite forces and create a way to integrate all services, so no matter what you buy, it will work with any of the three big brands. 02.01.2022 When did you find out you could make money? For me, it was about 20+ years ago. I had the most intense experience. Everything would change and I knew it would never be the same again.... In a country where computers were fixed, instead of being thrown away, it was my mission to ensure peoples computers would work... ..."fast" without any viruses that they would get from their internet Dial-up, where 20% of the time the modem wouldnt work due to a driver error, it was challenging to even "Google" errors and talk to people on forums to try to troubleshoot an issue... The computer industry was a good business and as a 16-Year-Old boy, I wanted a cut of the profits for myself. I remember going to traffic lights with a pile of black and white leaflets that had my parents home line number on it and about 3 services I was able to offer to customers at the time. To be honest, I liked the money but what was priceless was the face of the people that would receive me at their homes, just to realize I was the same person in the traffic light distributing the ads to them, yes myself, alone, hustling hard day in and day out! I remember I even built a database to hold all the clients details, history of the services I have done and print invoices etc. Times havent changed, we are always facing issues, however nowadays we can pay someone to hustle on our behalf, in my clients case, its me. I work extremely hard (and smart) to ensure they get their investment back, with a few zeros added to the end, because that is my ultimate goal. What about you, share your story!
