19.01.2022 I’m a generally healthy person, BUT I’ve let something’s slide and become my new norm ..... 1 glass of wine a night (after my G&T whilst preparing dinner), a bit of sneaky chocolate during the day, and more than often dessert at night. Time to give my body a break on these unhealthy habits, and pause on feeding my system gluten, caffeine (even though it’s decaf, still not good) and dairy. I’m starting a 30 Day to Healthy Living program this Monday 15 October. I have 2 other...s with me to share the hardship and joy. This group will give you daily information about choices, the WHY we do certain things, and all the recipes for cooking your family the meals that meet your needs.
