25.01.2022 23 YEARS AGO I started working at Cazbar Hair Design and had the pleasure of meeting this young vibrant 17 yr old Amy Budd/ Thompson. When I took over the ownership of the Salon Amy was in her 2nd yr of her apprenticeship. She was my baby apprentice and I couldn’t have been more proud to help her grow into the amazing hairdresser that she became. Amy soon qualified and stayed working for me until after she married and had her first child. She then took a break to be an amaz...ing mother and when she was ready she returned to work part time with us again. After a couple of years Amy had her second child and again stayed home to look after her children. Again it wasn’t long before our Amy returned part time with us again. Amy decided after a few more years to continue working with us on a Saturday’s and focused on her family and her little business at home as well. I have been incredibly privileged/proud and lucky to have had this beautiful soul with me for such a long time. Amy has now decided she no longer wants to work on Saturdays so that she can spend more weekends with her family. I have to say I have struggled to get my head around not having this incredibly beautiful girl working with me anymore. We have laughed and cried together and we will always be family. I love you Amy Budd and I Thankyou for 23 wonderful years. See more

17.01.2022 As we all know there always comes a time when we have to say farewell to one of our team members and it is now with a very heavy heart that we are having to say goodbye to our adorable Saige Hall. As you all would be aware Saige has had to face some incredibly huge changes in her life this year. Sadly Saige lost her beautiful Mother and Grandmother both on the same day which was a huge changing point in her life. Saige has since moved to Korumburra with her amazing partner... Brandon and they have both made a new life together. The travelling has become to much and Saige had to make a very hard decision to find a new job closer to home. Saige wanted so much to be able to say goodbye to all our beautiful clients personally but unfortunately due to the stage 4 COVID-19 restrictions she is unable to. It has been 6 yrs since Saige started with me as a 1st Year Apprentice. How far you have come. You were such a shy young girl with the biggest heart whom has blossomed into the most incredibly confident amazingly talented hairdresser/ beautician. I honestly am so proud of you Saige and I am incredibly fortunate to have been part of your life Saige and to have had you be a big part of my Salon. You have been an absolute asset to Salon D’Cazbar and your dedication and hard work has not gone unnoticed. Saige I Thankyou through lots of tears because it saddens me so much to lose you but I know we have made a life long friendship. Your salon family will all miss you so much as will all your clients but we are all so incredibly happy for you and Brandon and we want nothing more than to see you happy.
