25.01.2022 CANALE’S originated from Bordeaux in France. A custard like batter cooked at such high temperatures that the outside crystalizes and the Centre is a wonderful soft sponge like custard. I’m so proud of Holly, because these are an art to master. A must try at $3.80. Gf

09.01.2022 SOURDOUGH seeded and white sorghum loaves have just come out of the oven. Test bake seeded loaves are at $8 (we rate them at 90%. We just tried a substitute ingredient) and white at $12.

06.01.2022 SALTIRE CAFE POPS DOWN on 26th June 2020. If you haven’t had a chance to drop into SALTIRE pop up patisserie, then be quick. We pop down on 26th June. If you want any gluten free breads, baguettes or other, please place your orders. We will be handing the cafe over to new incoming tenants in the near future and need to get the property ready. So make sure you pop by before we pop down.
