She'll make sure our team deliver the fastest and friendliest service in Brisbane. She is so passionate about delivering a great experience and takes it personally when we don't. Silvio is from Trento and has been cooking for over 15 years. His favourite dish at Salt Meats Cheese is our classic Caprese salad. 20.01.2022 Vegans rejoice! Our quarterly seasonal vegan night is on Thurs Sep 5th and we've got a fresh new menu. Starters are from $12, pizzas and pastas from $26 and desserts from $14, or for $39 you can choose a starter, a pizza or pasta, and a dessert. Dishes include Hummus, zaatar, roasted pumpkin seeds and chick peas served with herbed focaccia sticks. Baked Pumpkin slice served with coconut yogurt and spiced almonds.... Vegetariana Pizza: tomato base, notzarella, hemp parmesan, mixed roasted veggies. Calzone: notzarella, eggplant, spinach, spiced mushroom. topped with tomato on top of calzone. Vegan Caprese pizza: white base focaccia, notzarella and roasted cherry tomatoes on top of the pizza, fresh basil and Vegan pesto. Potato Gnocchi with homemade napoletana sauce topped with coconut Bacon-not and cashew parmesan. Spaghetti Not-balls: spaghetti with zucchini and chickpea falafel in napoletana sauce topped with hemp parmesan Beetroot Spaghetti, Vegan basil pesto, rocket leaves, toasted pine nuts and vegan cheese.
