24.01.2022 We are super dooper excited to welcome our new Acupuncturist to Wentworth Point! Kieren Ko is stepping in to fill the shoes of Kate, our last acupuncturist who moved back to QLD a couple of weeks ago. Kieren practices the same, very gentle Japanese style of acupuncture, and funnily enough, has very similar interests with his craft. His passions include fertility (he has lots of experience working alongside IVF treatments), pain, stress, anxiety, digestive issues, womens health in general plus he's a very big fan of facial, or cosmetic acupuncture also. Kieren starts with us this weekend! He will be with us on Saturdays from 2 - 5pm and Sundays from 11 - 3pm at Wentworth Point. Bookings available now.. and WELCOME KIEREN! :-)

23.01.2022 We've had a fair bit of growth in the naturopathy arm of Saltuary in this last year (hello 2020!). Our gorgeous Tiarn started consulting with us last year, allowing Tiina, our director and head naturopath, to step away from consulting to focus on other areas of the business. Tiarn is now just about to give birth to her first child, so we've brought Stephanie on board too, who will single handily look after all of our naturopathy clients until Tiarn returns again, mid next yea...r.. Stephanie is now available, and will be consulting between both locations, on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Plus we also have something else VERY exciting to announce, and that is the addition of a dedicated Nutritionist, who everyone will be able to see as part of the naturopathic journey! I listened to a podcast by Pete Evans and Dr Sherri Tenpenny the other day, who were discussing how just 11% of the population needs to 'move' into a new way of being, in order to create change. 12.01.2022 Meet Stephanie, our Naturopath Luckily for us, Stephanie returned home earlier this year, after working in a Nicaraguan hospital, taking her skills to a whole new level. She is all about getting the foundations for health and wellbeing right in an easy to manage way. Together with the practitioners at the hospital in Masaya, Nicaragua, she saw patients with skin conditions including acne, eczema and psoriasis, various digestive complaints and helped with managing conditi...ons such as Diabetes, and mental health concerns including anxiety, depression and stress management. ‘Living a fulfilling life starts with optimising your health and wellbeing.
