24.01.2022 Reservoir Salvation Army 's new space is ready to go for our new Wednesday Yoga 930 session. Our first session to offer Childcare (0-5) $10 a session - first session is free.... Light refreshments provides.

18.01.2022 Our Yoga Sessions at Rezza Salvos is starting back next Wed @ 9:30am (March 4th) And we have added Childcare (0-5) to our services for the first time. So come along . $10 a session (First session free!)

13.01.2022 Latest Session Updates. 1) Tuesday mornings @ 9:30am - Reservoir Salvos (starting 8 October) 2) Tuesdays midday to 12:45 - Melbourne airport, Closed groups only - (starting 22 October for 8 weeks).... 3) Wednesday nights @ 6:30pm - Preston Salvos (starting 2 October) 4) Thursdays @ midday - Brunswick Salvos WOMEN ONLY GROUP - first Thursday of month starting on 3 October 5) Fridays & 1:15pm - Moreland Salvos Boronia is also about to come on board.

09.01.2022 Hi all. Because of safety precautions we have suspended Salvos Yoga at Reservoir Salvation Army for the time being. Hoping to be back running on a Wednesday soon!

08.01.2022 Few more places are taking on Salvos Yoga which is exciting. Information is coming, but to facilitate more classes we are changing the class at Reservoir Salvos to be a tuesday morning which will start back in October. So no morning Yoga at Reservoir Salvos the next new Fridays.

Restore is a series of 5 videos produced by Salvos Yoga in early 2020. We are hoping to have regular online Restore video available for you to subscribe to very soon.... Preston Salvos last 2019 class 11 December recommence 5 February Moreland City Salvation Army last 2019 class 13 December - look to recommence 31 January 2020 Melbourne Airport Last Class 17 December recommence TBA Reservoir and Richmond to commence in 2020 as well! Looking forward to some amazing time in 2020!
