24.01.2022 I have been waiting and waiting for my sister in law to put this up! So Im putting it up for her now! lol. She made this AMAZING cake! Its her first attempt at making a cake with fondant! I coached from the sidelines, but this is all her handiwork! I went home and the next day at the party, she had all these beautiful cupcakes to go with the lady beetle cake! Isnt it amazing!? What do you think??

24.01.2022 This cake was made earlier in the year for a wedding in Yallingup in Western Australia. It had 2 tiers of caramel and 2 tiers of chocolate cherry ripe, the bride's favorite flavour of mine I make. It was extra special as it was for my brother.

23.01.2022 This is the biggest cake I have ever made! It is 7 tiers! So I hired my friend Emma to help me make this! My husband, Emma and I were up to 4:30am Saturday morning still making the flowers on the cake. But it was so much fun, expecially when we got to stack the cakes and see the finished result! Congratulations to Dena and Daniel on your wedding day! We wish you all the best for a happy life together!

23.01.2022 Red velvet cupcakes with coconut icing for a special Breast Cancer Fundraiser. I'm proud to say they were all gone in under 5 minutes! It was a great event, the event raised over $45000!

15.01.2022 I am busy planning and designing a solar system cake for the birthday boy who wants the universe! I am excited to get started on this one!!! A couple of weeks to go still, but I want this to be perfect!! :)

14.01.2022 This cake was a special one for my niece. It's her favourite my little pony! It's not perfect but I hope she loves it anyway. There is a 'magical' surprise going through the centre of it, it's filled with edible glitter and smarties!

She even invited the children to the reception. It was so sweet of her. And my son was a bit proud to tell them his Mum made the cake! :)

06.01.2022 My church had a cake decorating competition on tonight. So my boys and I entered...and this is what we came up with. I'm super proud of my boys for what they created. Both myself and my eldest son won in our categories, and my youngest came 2nd in his. So much fun!

05.01.2022 Here is a picture of the latest wedding cake I made. It was for a wedding in Bunker Bay in Western Australia. There are 4 tiers of chocolate mud, and 2 tiers of red velvet. The middle tier has been silver leafed..yes..it is edible!!! This design was made to tie in with the Bride's dress.

03.01.2022 This cake is for the caramel obsessed! 3 layers of caramel mud with salted caramel mousse in between, covered in toffee walnuts and white chocolate panels with walnut and toffee praline. Mmmmm. ( I had to make a little extra for myself!!) ;)
