Times have changed in many ways over the past few months, so I have had to change my ways to best suit these times.Classes as we know them will be no longer be, or at least for the next 12 months My business will now be based on more of a private session model. ... PRIVATE SESSIONS I tailor these sessions completely to your unique needs and wants. Through these sessions I offer, in addition to Pilates, physical adjustments, and relaxation techniques to assist with rebalancing of your body You are more than welcome to book your privates weekly, fortnightly or 3 weekly, while using your unlimited access to my Face Book sessions( option 6) inbetween. So further a do this is my new offerings and prices OPTION 1 1 Person private 1hr - $70 or $600 for 10 OPTION 2 Online private( up to 2 people) - $50 or $400 for 10 OPTION 3 2 Person private 1hr- $70($35 each) or $600 ($300 each)for 10 OPTION 4 4 people online class via zoom $15 or ( purchase in blocks of 10) OPTION 5 Create your own class You provide the space and I will come teach a class of up to 5 people $70per class with a minimum booking of 5 classes and payment before commencement OPTION 6 Unlimited access to 2 classes weekly on Private Face Book Group $10 per week( to be purchased in blocks of 10) **If you choose any of option 1-5 you receive option 6 for free** These sessions will be similar in nature to that which ’ve been doing, but from now on these sessions will only be available on a new Private FB group If you have any questions regarding the new lay out please do not hesitate to message or call me to talk over what the best option is for you. 13.01.2022 Pilates, Health & Healing ...... WHAT’S IT ALL ABOUT?? This year let the focus be on bringing our TRUE SELF to the mat. I don’t always honour the traditional Pilates way of thinking. I think it’s more important to honour our perfectly imperfect beautiful selves. There is absolutely NO such thing as the perfect posture, the best angle or number of reps. In fact, I’ll go as far to say who cares about any of that crap. Let’s just move, and breath and observe ourselves in th...at moment with no expectations or judgements. 2020 is all about shift and change and new ways of being. So, let’s start by honouring ourselves no matter our shape, our size, or our range of movement. Dare to go deeper into your relationship with yourself! I’ll be doing the same right beside you. If we are to focus on the energy rather than the imagery of ourselves, we will finally see how extraordinary we truly are. -Samantha Bingham

Constantly, we are invited to seek external protection that will save us: buying masks, buying chemical filled sanitizers without specifying that they should not be used for several days in a row because they will eliminate the first natural immune barrier of our body: bacteria and lipid film of our skin, which is a barrier to viruses. This is also due to the excessive use of antibacterial products in recent years, and a misunderstanding about the role of bacteria in our immunity. Our bodies become more sensitive year by year. At what point, was it explained to the population that everyone has the ability to naturally strengthen their immune system in a few days (young people) or in a few weeks? Tell people that eating trash, such as industrial products, processed and refined foods is the first thing that destroys our immune defences That the efficiency of our immune system closely depends on the quality of our intestinal flora and therefore the quality of what we eat. Therefore, raw vegetables and fruits are the best way to quickly strengthen our mineral reserves, necessary for immunity. Explain that fasting strengthens the immune system in just 3 days. Talk about the benefits of a cold shower that in a few days increases the level of certain T lymphocytes. Talk about the effectiveness of antiviral essential oils? Also vitamin C in high doses and minerals like zinc and selenium. Talk about the importance of physical activity and recent studies that prove the rapid effectiveness of yoga to strengthen the immune system. Explain that fear is an immunosuppressant and that anxiety weakens you daily. The media preys on this. Explain to the people they have within them a potential defense and healing that is infinitely more powerful than any drug in the world and can be activated quickly. Our body is a real healing machine. In this period when we finally have time, it's time to take an interest in our own functioning, claim our personal power, take control of our health and our future. And some words from me... We have the power to heal ourselves. Physically & emotionally. I am so grateful for the tools I have gathered over the last ten years & am feeling more inspired than ever to share them with others.
