29.04.2022 Cranio-sacral therapists provide a safe environment for the nervous system to relax and enable the Cranio-sacral process to penetrate to the deepest levels of being, enabling reintegration of body, mind and spirit. #Craniosacraltherapist #mindandbodyhealing #holistichealthandwellness

06.04.2022 Student of the Year 2020 This year I decided I wanted to add homeopathy to my skill set, so I took the jump and started studying Homeopathy at Switch on Health. A couple of weeks ago I was surprised and so excited to receive an email from the ATMS congratulating me, as not only had I been nominated by my college but I had been chosen as one of the finalists in the ‘Student of the Year’ category for ATMS Natural Medicine awards.... And on Saturday night (attending via Zoom) I was named as ‘Student of the Year 2020’ at the ATMS Natural Medicine awards held in Sydney What a way to complete my first year of study. Yay And a big congratulations to everyone who made it as a finalist and to the winners of the other categories - Practitioner of the year and Clinic of the year. Just awesome!! #ATMSawards #SwitchOnHealth

25.01.2022 I met a lovely lady this week who is living with chronic Lyme disease. We talked about how craniosacral therapy can help with the management of her symptoms. The medical community is divided over the existence of Lyme disease in Australia. Below is an article which talks about the disease in Western Australia.

25.01.2022 A great article by Jenny Lynn. Perth based lactation consultant and biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist

18.01.2022 Craniosacral therapy can be beneficial as part of the treatment plan, both before and after the surgical release (frenectomy) of a tongue-tie or lip tie. ‘Midline restriction can run the length of the body, not just in the tongue, creating an overly tight midline from head to toe’. https://www.stbrigidscst.com//how-craniosacral-therapy-can

16.01.2022 Craniosacral therapy and insomnia/sleep disturbances.

11.01.2022 Craniosacral therapy - although it is not a cure for Lyme disease it can help ease some of the most common symptoms. https://www.curejoy.com//heal-lyme-disease-symptoms-crani/

05.01.2022 CURE YOUR HEADACHES And 7 other reasons why you should give Cranio a try. I've just come across this great article. It talks about some of the benefits from having a Craniosacral session.

04.01.2022 Personally I am a big fan of CS-therapy and would be a great addition to combating trauma and PTSD. On its own it is not enough though. Do you have experience with Cranio-Sacral Therapy? Roland

02.01.2022 FASCIA :: EVERYTHING IS CONNECTED :: This video is a great visual of how our fascial system functions. Fascia is the biological fabric that holds us together, t...he connective tissue network of our body. Ive found that this system is one of the missing links in our current Western chronic pain treatment model. When it comes to treating pain, as a myofascial release therapist, I look for the pain and then look elsewhere for the cause. This video is a great way to understand what we mean when we use the term kinetic chain. We can see how there is a line of pull to each movement. Often when there are fascial restrictions, it cause is tremendous pressure in or body as well as pull our entire structure out of alignment. #kineticreleasetherapy Thanks Kiyan Forootan for creating this video and your brilliant 3D work!
