14.01.2022 Regrettably I am not an essential service and therefore will be cancelling my appointments for the next three weeks. I am sure that it will be longer but my mind can only cope with three weeks! Massage does so much to improve immune function and relieve stress but I cannot risk my family or yours and potentially add burden to our precious health care workers on the front line. Let’s look after each other. ... I will seek out some great stretches and post them here as well as useful ways to self treat trigger points and tight muscles. We are all in this together and will hopefully discover new ways of being and coping in this lockdown time.

07.01.2022 In response to the Coronavirus, at this stage I will be treating people as per usual. I will be wearing a mask when working on the neck and shoulder area when clients are face up to ensure that we minimise the risk of transmission. I’ll also be maintaining regular hygiene practices of handwashing/ sanitising, replacing towels and sanitising the face crest for every person. Everything we can do to ‘flatten the curve’ of transmission will ensure hospitals aren’t over loaded and we contain this thing. Please advise if you are unwell and we will need to reschedule. I’ll be following the advice of my association and health department and respond accordingly. Stay well folks
