07.01.2022 Learning how to reset, plan and take action is a crucial personal development skill needed for gaining success in any area of your life. Don't throw in the towel. Reach out for guidance and invest in yourself.

03.01.2022 Isn't it funny, I know what to say the majority of the time, how and when to do things, but come the time where my feelings overwhelm my being, I'm at Mercy of... my thoughts. Just like anyone else. Depression is real, these cycles are REAL. That's why I have such a special spot in my heart for understanding mental health and have so much empathy towards people who suffer. I am one of them. It comes from nowhere and is triggered by everything. Sucking one into the grasps of what seems like weakness but it's just rawness. It's stripping you back of the ability to cover shit up. For you've been too strong for too long. When you carry something for so long your muscles become sensitive to any more pressure and they eventually give in, just like your mental strength. Learning when your about to collapse before it happens is something that's hard to master. Heck, Id love to think I could avoid it by mastering some guru principle, Or smash it out of the park with awareness. Being aware is great, it allows you to notice where you are in a moment, which is key to being able to pick yourself up. If you didn't realise you were down how could you get back up right? BUT.... sometimes you just have to be. Cut yourself some slack while your there...that's the only thing that allows you to move on. Giving yourself the TIME. Remain in that moment for the time that it takes (not for one second longer) let your mind RELAX and then RISE AGAIN. Feeling down only makes us wish we were up. Dont pity yourself or torture your mind into thinking it's not ok because it's the downs that make us rise stronger than before. This is the wave analogy I refer to. Sometimes you learn to just ride the wave and realise you've gotta get wiped out to enjoy the fun parts.

02.01.2022 There are moments in life where you feel there's no way to rise above. To see through the pain of circumstance is something only time can heal. What's hard ab...out that?.. You have to FEEL the pain in the present moment or the time to RISE will never come. It may feel as though it's not your time to fly, but the biggest change comes from the moment you feel empty. The moment you feel you can't continue is usually the moment right before your biggest shift. Don't give up! We've been through a month of realisation (November) and are heading to the month of change (December). The power of rising above comes from releasing past pain, taking the time to heal and taking the action to change. Know that you have the power to rise. Use this months energy to create the change you need
