09.01.2022 Excited......entered a couple of jams and into to Casino Show today, Rose Petal and Blood Orange & Pineapple. Cant wait till I find a out the results. Although a little birdy did tell me they have been judged just waiting to hear....

08.01.2022 Summer is now gone which means im out of hibernation; swanning around in the aircon for the last couple of months trying to escape the heat. Makes me very lazy when it comes to jam making. Managed to stock up on some wonderful summer fruit this year and have managed to make couple of batches of scrummy jams for toast and jam season. Peach and Lavender, Plum Jam and Stonefruit Sensation. Come down and see me at the Kyogle Bazaar Markets to see whats new.... For all of my faithful followers I do recycle all small jars so if you have some bring them down on the day. Next market Sunday 31 March fom 3pm - 7pm

07.01.2022 To my faithful jam junkies its been a while since there has been any action on my page. The last 6 months have been busy that I've had to hold off on making my jams. But that has all changed I've been extremely busy making a few bits and pieces. I was very lucky after the rainless summer that some of my vegetables survived and provided me with a glut of produce, so this year I've got Eggplant Relish, Green Tomato Pickle, old fashion Green Pickle and Roast Capsicum & Chilli Relish which I'm just finishing off at the moment. So come on down and find me at tomorrow Kyogle Bazaar Markets.
